There are other shareholders in Wildcat. I am the controlling shareholder. I would not send money away ever in a share situation. If there is enough money to go into production on any scale, then that money does not have to worry as it has a predominance of the share position, so it votes, collects percent in the case of preferred shares or declared dividend in the case of common. If one wants control over a mining situation one would farm in on a JV with Wildcat on a property basis. This way you get your 50% and the share structure of Wildcat or who I owe money to is no never mind. So in answer to your hypothesis, -- can a JV be done and the money satisfactorily shared on the basis you suggest? -- and I would say, "yes it can with full protection of the option legalities of the JV agreement." Payout can be in an specie desired, ferengi doublooks to Beta Quadrant rubicons. Even gold or cash.
