J.P. Morgan downgrades BEA Systems Analyst Christopher Galvin takes over coverage of the e-commerce infrastructure software firm and lowers its rating from "long- term buy." Galvin says BEA hasn't found equilibrium in its business level after the bubble economy of 1999 to 2001. He suggests demand for BEA's product is weakening and the technology is becoming standardized, forcing BEA to find other areas of growth.
