Maui,

They were basing it on 2003 book value, so they are assuming that AMD will continue to lose enough money to drop their book value to $8 at whatever time in 2003 they are talking about. They could be right. Unless we get a flood of high speed Bartons in Q4. We know that Q3 is going to be really bad. I don't expect Q4 to be really that much better.
