OT RE: "How do you expel if no one will take them in?" I did not say "expel". I said the US, UN, EU, Russia, and Arab League will "resettle" the Palestinians. Members of these groups must "take them in". Most "problems" did NOT have a solution. They were conflicts with winners and losers. The winners imposed the "solution". There is no "Bush Doctrine". We will take out an enemy before he is able to threaten our interests. There will be no "demmocracy and free market" in the West Bank. They don't exists in any Arab country. A 3 year clock with the reward well defined, a platform from which to destroy Israel, is nonsense and doesn't provide any safety. Your examples, Japan, South Africa, Algeria, and US African Americans are not valid. Consider Kashmir, India and Pakistan. Heavy shelling reported today. Two nuclear powers. Huge populations. Citizens still murdering each other. A huge resettlement has not worked completely because they share boundaries and disagree on borders. The partition of India occurred about the time Israel was created.
