How about the following?

"the world has grown too small to tolerate a state that (1) traffics with terrorists, (2) is strenuously seeking weapons of mass destruction, and (3) is ruled by a madman"

Seems logical to me. I realize many on the left think that defending ourselves is not logical, but I don't follow that "logic". Fortunately neither does President Bush.
