I heard on the news today that the Russians have developed a rain maker that works. They put it on the top of a tall building in Moscow and let her rip and it did make rain ending their drought in that part of the country. It is a metal cube about a cubit square and it emits positively charged ions straight up into the atmosphere. According to the report it caused clouds to form and rain to fall.
