Yes, what you say is mostly correct regards jrs or exploration plays that are still exploring for diamonds and in early stages of drilling, sampling, etc.

However this play is well along in its development and has a known resource in the ground worth at least 3 Billion$ (conservative).

The only guessing game here is DeBeers and when they are going to make their buyout offer and how much $.

Unfortunately DeBeers is also the reason for the tremendous investor apathy connected with this play, they have dicked around for 4 years with this one and simply worn the stockholder down so that now they can swoop in and buy it for peanuts just like they did with Winspear........that is if they hurry....word is out now and the more media, analyst and general coverage it gets the more likely the price is to rise.

There is not a lot of time left before an offer is made and that will pretty much be the end of it.

This play is at the point where very large bullas are required to step in and buy big to take advantage of the really low SP, I call that SP leverage.

Once that DeBeers offer is defacto all you will hear is "Oh shittttttttt, I shoulda woulda coulda...."
