Wilder, From the last S-1/A: >>Our executive officers, directors and substantially all our stockholders have agreed not to offer, sell, contract to sell or otherwise dispose of any common stock or any securities convertible into or exchangeable for common stock for a period of 180 days after the date of this prospectus<< It was dated April 24th. Expiration on the 22nd seems right. Maybe you should bounce the rescission issue off of IJ or RC Mac? Actually, I thought you had some legal experience. Cheers, Tuck
