Kastel, the tax thing... I've been thinking about this too, Russ did set-up a thread for this particular venture. I still need to wrap my mind around this - 'cause some of the stocks he's been talking about are still falling. They were cheap last month, cheaper last week, even cheaper today - so we could surmise that they'll even be cheaper in the coming months?

Stocks like Capstone Turbine are trading below cash? A favorite on my watch list is a company called American Superconductor (AMSC) they've got over 40 PhD’s and 4 Nobel’s prizes stashed on the payroll but yet the stock dropped another 10% today. They've locked up some patents and have some military product applications on the go - at some point this stock could be a pretty good speculation.

I guess a guy could lighten up a little here on gold stocks - but so far, playing commodities seems like a sure thing.

Regards,
Frank P.
