IMO, the data, especially from Europe, have not been evaluated and therefore all is obviously conjecture. However, and I wasn't clear previously, my experience is that blind stdies are very difficult to keep blind, AND that there has been inside buying seems that IMCL is worth some speculation.

Otherwise, I think the differences between you two are not great, and I'm enjoying the sophisticated debate. Keep it up.
