Scott, On CNBC last night there was an interesting talk on this subject. I was tired and didn't get the details of the two figures discussing the topic, but one was a political columnist and the other a former State Dept official. The fragment of the discussion I saw was about 'what if' we had taken Bin Laden seriously and pre-emptively attacked Afghanistan. They were quite honest about their reactions and about what the world reaction would have been. John
