Favors' view seems a little odd:

"We believe that both the Dow and the Nasdaq are vulnerable to a sharper decline at some point this week, but if so, this could create the 5th wave lows we have been waiting for, despite the fact that the Dow would probably hold well above the July lows. This would create a buying opportunity for stock traders and mutual fund switchers, and we would then be willing to start raising our current long position."
