not helping your class action lawsuit Only if they claim the Banias 1.6 is faster than the P4M 2.0. However, it looks like they are selling Banias on the "other features" and letting people work out for themselves that it is actually faster as well. Banias could pose a problem for AMD however, since the 1600+ mobile is presumably substantially slower than a Banias 1.6 will be. Hopefully both clock speed and model numbers of the AMD's mobiles will make a 1.6 GHz Banias a joke (we should see Clawhammer mobiles by about then).
