JLA, go read what RD said again.

It's totally paranoid, it's hysterical, it's blather, but it isn't a threat to bomb anything. You read it too fast. He's living in the paranoid fear that BUSH or his supporters will set off a "dirty nuke"! So they can declare "martial law"!
