ROFLMAO!! Hitchens has made a CAREER of being anti-American. 1) If a leftist starts a software company no one should buy his product, because he is offensive to his nation. It doesn't matter what the software does, or how good it is, society should quietly force him to sell it to someone less offensive. (Would you buy software from a blatant Nazi? Probably not.) 2) If you can FIND a leftist engineer, he should have to start his OWN engineering school, because he is offensive to his nation. (You will find, however, that the cancer in academia is in the liberal arts, so you can get all the engineering profs you need). The concept of "loyal opposition" is critical here. The left lost the economic debate to Reagan, and the geopolitical debate to Reagan's greatest accomplishment: the collapse of the Soviet Union. Rather than re-think and modify their views they adopted the Marxist/Leninist/Goebbels/Hitler far-left Big Lie propaganda methods of national destruction. They adopted racism (anti-white). They adopted class hatred (anti-success). And they took advantage of a massive Republican error of fighting deficits instead of fighting intrusive, tyrannical government. (Now they use the specious deficit arguments against reforming the ruinous socialist tax system). Finally, of course, they allowed their utter contempt for democracy to become transparent with the large scale (failed) vote fabrication of 2000. The only way to stop them is to stop them. If not stopped, they will greatly damage America and its ideals, and cause the war against world Islam to last longer, be bloodier, and, of course, possibly, be unsuccessful...
