Exhibit #1 - the Bush Tax Cut

It was first introduced when the economy was booming and it was passed unchanged when the economy was tanking.

It doesn't take a Nobel Prize in economics to know that fiscal policy should DIFFER in good times and bad.

The Bush Tax cut was tax relief for the richest Americans and they can use it in good times and bad. It wasn't in the best interest of the US. It was in the best interest of his supporters (contributors).

It was "dishonest" policy and the hurt felt by average Americans in this down turn makes it "evil".
