Hi Andy,

I've heard the argument that the Dems and the GHP (Grand Hypocrisy Party) are the two right wings of the Corporate Party. There's some truth to this. But what is critical this election is to start to turn the tide away from the extreme right wing ideologues who have hijacked the GHP from rational human beings and replaced them with hysterics in the leadership.

Since there has never been a successful third party effort organized in the U.S., it is contingent upon progressives like us to work within the Democratic Party structure, in spite of stinkers like Terry McAuliffe who needs to be dumped immediately. There are good progressive candidates in the party and they need to have their numbers increased. I'm working locally for a wonderful candidate for Congress named Peter Buckley. Shockingly, when Emperor Georgie-Porgie came to southern Oregon to gawk a forest fire and get a photo op in front of the firefighters, Peter was shunted into a "free speech" cage in an out of the way location so that he couldn't express his dissent to King Gee's disgusting policies.

You can read about it and listen to an interview with Peter here:
