Only if the coverage is crass is there anything to complain about, as far as I can see. People are usually paid for their work, including the work that they do in presenting the news. Doing the ordinary things in the face of adversity is fine, but there are times when it is appropriate to memorialize, as well. Through this, the community comes together with greater solidarity and commitment to endure, and the grief of those who especially suffered loss is palliated. Our enemies see us united, resolved, and dignified in our resolve to fight back. IMO,of course.....
