I will humbly submit that your call to sell at $59 turned out to be right. I still wonder, however, how you managed to hold for the prior 12 years. I will put you in the category of "remarkably unique investors" and apologize for criticizing your trade.

Not really, not if you consider the tax consequences, assuming of course that kap kan meets the minimum tax bracket. :))

Fair enough. The two main reasons for selling INTC were my fear of K7 (foils at the time) and what I perceived as Intel's attempts to squash AMD. I felt that it would have been better for Intel to "manage" the market share instead.

My real luck however was to stay out of the Great Tech Wreck until it became obvious that there is one.
