In Fairness, in case you haven't looked, Ray didn't threaten the Capital, he expressed what he thinks Bush would willfully do on Oct. 15th in order to create an American Police State which the right wing can rule. Of course, though you got his meaning wrong, you are quite correct where I've just read you telling Poet that Ray's explanation if given, would be nutty, in essence.
