Lol, those odds are long indeed. Heck, even when SI guru Pluvia wrote a short sale "report" blasting the prospects of Terayon Inc. because they didn't sell certain essential products(which in fact Terayon had been selling for some time), SI said to hash it out on the thread. That Terayon sold the products in question was indisputable and easily verifiable. That Pluvia said Terayon didn't sell the products at all, was also indisputable. SI said it would take no action against Pluvia nor his posted and official looking "research report." In a perfect world, SI would be sued by TERAYON for allowing the plainly false information to exist without official SI correction in response to it, at minimum, and the SEC would hurt SI too. What if the Wall Street Journal wrote that Terayon did not sell products which it in fact does sell? What if IT refused to correct such a false article/statement? Sigh.

We NEED the courts to do some work concerning such places as this on the internet. Considering what SI quite wrongly is willing to leave go when fully confronted with the facts, if SI bans Ground Zero for his error(I think) regarding Ray's meaning, I may have to cry at the utter lunacy of their legal advisors, whose advice SI may try to follow in various matters such as these.
