WBMW, From a pure marketing perspective, I'm not sure that Intel is doing the right thing with their own Banias rating scheme. First reaction is that it give credence to AMD's bogus model numbers. Have to see how it unfolds. But I thinking that into a large mass of misinformation, we are throwing yet another measurement. From an end user perspective, the ratings need to be streamlined and simplified, not expanded and complicated. The industry seems to be shooting itself in the foot; it's probably time to get together and set up some understandable rating system that will make the end user confortable. John
