All of the evidence I've seen indicates that he means us harm. We have a propaganda machine that put out pabulum to make you think that he's a friend. It's a lie. Did we really get attacked on 9/11 because, as Bush says, the terrorists hate our "democracy and freedom"? Of course not. That's absurd on the face of it. We were attacked for our aggressive and hostile foreign policies. Basically policies of imperial conquest of the resource rich regions of the world. That's what those who oppose imperialism are concerned about. They couldn't care less about our "freedoms". It's the destruction of their own freedoms by the U.S. military that they are concerned about. ************************* If you take the time to get past the "happy talk" propaganda from the Bush junta, you will find them attempting to demolish labor law in this country, consolidate a huge new secret police apparatus, damage the environmental laws, steal the taxpayer's wallet on scandalously fraudulent schemes like the National Missile Defense system, create a secret government that is unaccountable to the people. According to spokesmen for the NAACP, not a radical organization at all, Bush is said to have demolished 50 years of progress in the civil rights arena in a mere 18 months. He's squandered a $200 Billion Federal budget surplus and saddled us with a $200 Billion deficit, enslaving future generations with debt obligations that transfer the nation's wealth to a corrupt elite. That's a start, I could tell you more about how heinous his foreign policy is, but you start to see the problem. Bush is working for an oligarchy, an elite and he means to do harm to middle and lower classes in America. He is engaged in class warfare. Not just a mad adventure in Mesapotamia. -Ray
