Britney doesn't bother me as much as the rap stars... eminem and the like. At least Britney can dance. What exactly is the redeeming quality of eminem, nelly and those? I think they are the music industry equivalent of a bad comedy trick- focus on sex and drugs which makes people uncomfortable enough to laugh when it isn't funny. But anyway I was ambivalent on the music industry until they went after napster. Anybody can see music CDs are overpriced, since DVDs of first run films cost the same or less - and films cost 100mm to make in some cases, AND film stars actually do make some money unlike musicians.
