Can't wait to see the proxy materials. This part seems pointless:
It is expected that the calling notice for the extraordinary meeting will seek authorization for issuance of up to 51.6 million additional shares.

That would raise, what $25M? Do we need that kind of dilution? Might be good for Mr.Moe - is it as good for the rest of us?

Totally agree that this is big news and very positive. I suspect Big Moe was becoming concerned that he was losing control when he learned that jimP and the gang from S.I. were making plans to send their fearless leader to represent all our interests at the PGO table. That bit of knowledge probably upset his plans to continue bottom fishing and forced his hand to make his move now. Soooo, Moe called a meeting to lay out HIS plans. Jim, you're going to need to get your reservations to Oslo and we are going to need to get your address to forward our proxies so you can present your ideas on how to turn PGO around. Things are looking up for sure. Bankruptcy is started to look very remote indeed! Big Moe's personal prestige is now on the line! ;-) Goooo PGO !
