hehe, that price sounds pretty good. I guess I missed it when I was there<g>. And also, at that time (7-8 years ago), Canadian $ was stronger, $1 = 80 US cents or so. Here, in most restaurants now, if you add coffee, that type of breakfast will be $4 or so. But even if in Manhattan, if you go to Chinatown, I think you can get much cheaper breakfast.

Talk about expensive, have you been to Japan? one bowl of beef noodle, with only 2 thin pieces of beef on top, costs an equivalent of US $11. But the electronics (the latest model) are cheap in Japan. A friend of mine just went there a couple of weeks ago, and bought a very good digital camera with a 30x optical zoom for $400 or so.
