The "interpretation" that I'm engaging in is in making the assumption that RD thinks a "heinous empire" and "martial law" negatives, and that "Neat, huh?" is said ironically or sarcastically. I think my "interpretation" that he is against those things, yet suspects, or at least fears, that the RWers are about to do them, is on pretty solid ground. To "interpret" that as a call to action, GZ has to take the position that RD wants to end America's run as a republic and move up to being a full-blown and heinous empire; wants Shrub's strings pulled to get martial law totally in place before the elections; and wants the end of America as we knew it. Clearly all RD wants is to express the stupid notion that the right might well be considering bombing the capital with a "dirty nuke" to effect those ends! And that would be absolutely consistent with rich4eagle's implication that the US bombed the WTC.
