The bubble has spread to the commercial market as well
At least in PA
Was looking to relocate a store, but would have to sell cocaine to pay the rent they're asking.
Sans sucking in a few starry eyed entreprenuers, I'd expect to see the vacancy rates increase while the rents fall back within reason

Do you find it quite disturbing that defaults are already approaching record levels when interest rates are at historic lows?
