"he might have a lot more allies in trying to go after Saddam"

If others do not care about the threat, or do not believe it is real, then screw 'em. If a nation chooses not to believe the threat based on our policies then they are fools and deserve what they get.

That said, my guess is they would ask (or beg) for our help once they are attacked. Of course we would give it, because we are a just nation.

<<Was thinking if W accepted the world crim court he might have a lot more allies in trying to go after Saddam.>>

And these murderers would get off with a slap on the hands and return to their backward ass society as heros. Screw that. 9/11 was an act of war and the perps need to be treated as enemy combatants. Any one of them with the rank to make decisions or act as a leader should be hanged and that image should be satellite fed to Al-Jezerra. the rest get hard labor for the remainder of their sorry lives. Who needs allies? Let's face it, we have but one real ally. The rest just play the role for their own benefit.
