Dan P. So what if Ing thinks it is a done deal?? Is he talking about insider information not available to the market?? Actually he is talking about several weeks, so how can it be a done deal if there is negotiation to take place??? The official releases are very clear: Crystallex has been invited to sit down with CVG to work out a deal. Funny that you mock buying a lawsuit, because that is EXACTLY what Crystallex did, or have you forgotten that already?? With respect to 'title' it looks as if the Venezuelan nation claims that it RETAINED title.....!!
