At the same time the Bush administration is rattling its sword against Iraq, the evidence of Al Qaeda's continuing danger exposes the ineffectiveness of the administration's war on terrorism. Military means are not adequate to deal with the complex phenomenon.


To bring down two of the greatest supporters of terrorism, Iraq, and Iran's mullocracy, seems a good piece of the work. That takes military means.

Then the Saudis and Pakistanis are isolated.

The article's conclusions don't go with its body in which the writer describes the serious damage US and allies have done to the terrorists.
