I wonder if Reagan is as big an idiot as an ignorant cretin who would call someone stricken with Alzheimers a big idiot? And you're wrong to boot. Not a good place to be when you are calling someone an idiot. Reagan quoted an old Russian proverb...."Trust but verify" in reference to arms reduction talks. Its possible Kissinger used it too, but it is Reagan's use of the phrase which garnered media notice....
