Paul, do yourself a favor if the carrot looks that good to you...Consult a tax/financial advisor....You presently own, and I don't know how long you've owned, but that fact makes a difference..Also makes a difference as to when you buy again. Add up all the costs of what you paid when you bought, what you will pay when you sell, and what happens when you decide you want to own again.

Your home is not a stock...it doesn't behave the same as the stock market and doesn't respond very well to short-term trading. Good luck with whatever you decide in the end.
