I've heard the term "goat roper" in a Jerry Jeff Walker song. I think he says it in Up Against the Wall Redneck Mother. What does it mean?

Ish, the statement has been made on this thread that a poster "claimed the people who died in the towers deserved their horrible deaths....." It is difficult for me to believe that something this grotesque happened. As I said, I suspect it is an 'interpretation' of something -- presented to us as if it were a quote of RD. I've asked the poster who made the statement that RD had "claimed" such a thing for the link that proved it, and this was his reply: Raybo, the Naked King, didn't have the balls to say it on SI. Ish has the link I believe.... Message 17985730 Would you, or anyone else, please confirm with a link that this vicious, sick claim was made by RD, if it was.
