Compliments of Manny Santos from Raptor board

FROM JERRY FAVOR;
<<As you know, we looked for a short-term low near Sept. 3 or 4, and then a rally into Sept. l0, plus or minus 1 day. The print low of 8217 was actually seen on Sept. 5, and the Dow has since rallied 385 points to a print high today of 8602.32.>>

<<The Cycles still suggest that some sort of short-term high should be seen in this time frame. There is no signal that we have seen the Cycle high due in this time frame just yet. A decline below 8502 on a print basis tomorrow, and more importantly, 8447.59 intraday, would now be the first potential signal that the Cycle high may be in. The next short-term Cycle low is now due near Friday, Sept. 13, plus or minus 1 day.>>
