Jorj, True. In my case, I will never miss a payment and have the reserves to pay it off in full when I actually need to pay to use the $. The Credit crunch has really not hit the mainstream credit card companies yet. I expect that by the middle of next year we will start to see an increase from the present 4.X% delinquency. It should take that long for the refi monies to be exhausted. TP
