I think you need to rethink the monthly payment...

640K 30 years 6.5% is ~$4050/month...

no argument on the bubble from me... I just wish home prices in NH were like CA, I already own my lot for my next house...

...800K for a 3 bedroom 1 bath? Let's see, the monthly payments and taxes on that would be (assuming you put 160K down!) about 8K a month...

800k-160k = 640k @ 7%/30 = $4260.0 per month.
