Good post Peter, thank you for sharing, it seems pretty straight forward (most successful strategies are, just requires discipline, confidence and perseverance). I want to move closer to your style as I'm looking to generate enough income to live off of which will also increase with the rate of inflation. What I found unusual is that I also own a large number of trusts, yet between us no duplicates (I will become a fellow shareholder when my Ketch converts to AE), I will investigate some of the REIT since I am planning on increasing my Real Est. weighing over the next 6 months.
