Kumara, good for him! The UN has little legitimacy, but it's better than nothing [for the most part]. <Mr Bush is gonna question the legitimacy of UN, tomorrow in his speech.
Seeing he's speaking tonight at 9PM ET, and tomorrow, I better listen before I express my opinion!
