Hi ecommerceman,

Everything is alright for me now but I worry sometimes.

The reasons back of any company's going public are to garner monopoly returns for the insiders, their extended family and friends. The Spragues are no different. They treat the company like their own personal bank or casino or whatever.... As Steven says, it's standard.

As for the adoption of WAVX technology, don't anybody hold their breath. How's business with the French "consortium?"
Not many of us visit the land of vin ordinaire every summer. However, I've a friend, a Mr. Hirst, who works for the French division of the Financial Times. He tells me this "consortium" of which Steven speaks so highly is not so highly regarded.

Sorry if I fail to sound as optimistic as I was in a previous incarnation. But I can't help but feel just a bit bullshitted by the silly fat boy with glasses and his folksy sounding father. Gilder and the "pong guy" are feckless free riders. That gripes me too. I suppose all will be forgiven if the team manages the average return expected for investors. If not, they can always forgive their own loans.

I do hope I'm completely wrong about all this,
Marty
