And after we invade, we will give them a new set of despot rulers who will do exactly the same thing until they are deposed by yet another set, while the people remain poor, disenfranchised, unemployed, and undereducated. Only this time they will be our puppets, and the poor fuckers under them will have a real reason to be angry at us. Sorry you're so pessimistic. The Germans and the Japanese don't seem to share your pessimism towards American magnanimity in victory. Derek
