On undisclosed milestones, regardless of the company receiving them, it can pay to remember that they are undisclosed because they are so small that they do not constitute a reportable event. for small biotech companies where even $2 million could be a lot, a non reporting of the amount probably means less than $1.5 million. Check out the next next financial statements to see chances in accounts that would include milestones. Might even appear, at least in part, in deferred income area.

While any cash inflow is good, when it is unreported one can bet the company receiving the milestone just knew it could not brag about it and it was not a matter of confidentiality, that prevented disclosure.
