Of course a terrorist isn't going to do anything on the anniversary. They'll wait until everyone breathes a sigh of relief, let's their guard down, then whammo. But I really think they've hit their jackpot and anything else will be a fizzer [relatively though, of course horrific for those involved].

yeah well, 9/11/02 came and went. so much for Orange alert. thankfully no major incidents.

Supposedly there was going to be a major attack in August followed by a new tape from bin Laden. August came and went. There was a pathetic release of tape that supposedly contained bin Laden speaking. A fairly obvious attempt by his followers to maintain the illusion he's still alive.

"He's dead Jim."

We just have to clean up the rest.
