My learned opinion is that a few hundred more NASDAQ companies need to go bankrupt (or be absorbed by others), so the rest can make profit with less suicidal competition. That is happening slowly, but steadily.

Heck, a week ago Intel confirmed rev expectations. Yesterday, Xylinx. Before that LSI. So the improvement is happening as we speak.
