Frank, re. Sherritt, can you spell it out for me? What is the great danger of the convertible debentures? Is it that they all come due at once, and you don't think S will be able to refinance such a large amount?

I agree a battle has been taking place between Sherritt and its bondholders, but so far S. has been winning,
a) in court
b) in the common stock price, and
c) in buying back the debentures for less than they sold them
