SirR/Jorj-I agree that serious downside is very possibly in the cards; however, regarding this H&S formation, keep in mind that H&S only forecasts a RETRACE to previous values- hence a H&S formation that was not preceded by a move up that can be retraced, would in itself be meaningless.

I agree. I think that the ultimate direction is a foregone conclusion, but I think that all of those perfect setups are going to get muddied up so as to frustrate the bears as well as the bulls.
