Tonight? He already spoke this morning. I believe that's the only speech he intends to give to the UN.

It was documented that Iraqi intelligence operatives had met in Germany with members of the 9/11 hijackers.

Prague, which is in Czechoslovakia. Mohammed Atta, just one of the hijackers. But yesterday the US said it was not trying to connect Iraq with 9/11.
