Adobe Systems ($19.50)will report FQ3 2002 results on Thursday, September 12. The report and conference call will be after the market close. We estimate revenue of $278 million and EPS of $0.19 versus Street consensus of $277 million and $0.19. We think FQ3 revenue downside is far more probable than revenue upside. We also think FQ4 guidance will likely be neutral-to-disappointing, as current Street consensus for FQ4 assumes a sequential increase we think will not materialize.
