VRA is up 20% with volume more than 6x its daily average. There is no apparent news to account for it, maybe the reports yesterday by Value Engine and today by Reuters StockVal were favorable.<g> They reported in July that they have entered into an agreement to develop anti-cancer technology with the University of Miami.
