If I thought it would be confined to the privacy of their own home, I might agree with you. There is a higher rate of abuse with hard drugs than there is with alcohol, and impairment is more rapid. Plus, I have known to many people who have gotten stoned at school or while working. We are also the freest society on earth, and our borders are easily penetrated. I am sure that has a great deal to do with maintaining an ample supply at relatively low costs, and having it circulate throughout the country easily.......
